1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@glimlach.in or call 8882728239.

1.2 Order Cancellation by Glimlach

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, payment failures, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
• Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items purchased on sale or with special discounts
• Personal care and hygiene products once opened

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days.

3.2 Refund Methods

• Online Payments (UPI, Card, Net Banking): Refunded to the original payment source
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI to your registered account

3.3 Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product).

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
